The HR Administrator will support the Human Resources department with day-to-day tasks. The role will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external clients. Main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding paperwork) and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can handle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. Ensure the HR department supports Fila employees while conforming to labor laws.
