Role Overview

 

The Wholesale & Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing
strategic marketing plans to drive sales and brand awareness across our wholesale and retail
channels.  They will work closely with Sales and the Brand Marketing team to ensure the FILA brand lands with clarity, relevance and resonance with our wholesale and own retail consumers.

 

Hybrid: Four (4) days per week in-office, One (1) day remote

Responsibilities

  • In partnership with the Senior Director Channel Marketing & Media and relevant cross
    functional partners, develop and implement comprehensive seasonal marketing
    strategies for wholesale and own retail channels.
  • In alignment with the season’s brand marketing strategy and direction, collaborate with
    the sales team to identify market opportunities and support the achievement of sales
    targets.
  • Build, manage and maintain relationships with key wholesale partners while acting as a
    brand guardian and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  •  In close collaboration with the sales team and the Director of Channel Marketing, define
    and allocate wholesale and retail marketing budget for the season.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform wholesale
    and retail marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the production of marketing content and tools including brochures, collateral
    and in-store displays, ensuring they meet brand standards and are effective in driving
    sales.
  • Ensure all in-store and wholesale social and digital assets are updated regularly and
    represent the current brand image.
  • Plan and execute retails events and other promotional activities to enhance brand
    visibility and maximize ROI.
  • Report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
    for future strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Retail and Wholesale Marketing, leading full lifecycle
    campaigns and activations, building and maintaining relationships with wholesale
    partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, brand management, communications or related field.
  • Ability to establish relationships with and influence senior leaders internally and
    externally.
  • Deep understanding of sport & sport culture preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management experience.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office

Salary Range: $73,590-$80,000

 

*At FILA USA, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
