The Customer Service Account Manager is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to Fila Customers. They will serve as a liaison between sales, the customer, and various internal departments. They will be the primary link between our customers and our operations team. The Customer Service Account Manager will work to provide support to established customers, the sales force, operations, and distribution team members as it relates to order management and fulfillment. FILA is seeking a hands-on Ecommerce Project Manager to support daily and long-term management and development of all B2B and B2C ecommerce platforms and implementations. This includes but is not limited to implementing new features, enhancements, maintaining projects from inception through launch, and addressing day-to-day issues. The Project Manager will work directly with internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to gather requirements to analyze, design, and/or implement technology based on best practice and business priorities. They will work with senior members of the team to set realistic timelines and expectations, ensuring the successful delivery of implementations and updates.
Ideal candidates for this role should possess knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Business Manager capabilities (both functional and technical) and integration capabilities.

Responsible for coordination of all offshore inbound air and ocean freight rate and payments
on behalf of Fila USA, Inc. through daily analysis of Freight Forwarders, USC Brokers and inland carriers
to point of delivery. Responsible for maintaining and protecting the Company’s inbound rate portfolio including cost per unit and transit times. Provide visibility to freight costs when needed.
