The Distribution Compliance Supervisor works side by side with the Distribution Management Team, and in conjunction with the Vendor Compliance Team, Customer Care, and parties across the organization to understand and ensure all customer compliance regulations are met through Distribution activities and EDI ASN verification. The Distribution Compliance Supervisor is responsible for working independently on assigned projects and tasks in order to maintain an effective support structure for the Distribution Center in monitoring customer shipments to specific requirements and reducing overall compliance chargebacks through shipment verification.
Responsible for the coordination of all international shipments out of USA in compliance of Customs requirements and customers’ requirements. Be a liaison between the warehouse and the international customer service representative by closely monitoring and advise updates of order progress in timely manner. Be a liaison of Headquarter in Sparks by communicating to ensure the compliance of CBP and Export Control to protect the Company’s “privilege to import/export”. Responsible of creation export documentation required by Customs/ customers of each countries and communication for the arrangement of transportation according to Incoterms.
The Office Assistant is responsible for overall front reception office activities. This position will also assist in coordinating office service related activities below. In addition, this position will provide overall general administrative support to the Office Manager and C-Suite Executive Team.
Overview: This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, processing Fila semi-monthly and weekly payrolls; Canada semi-monthly payroll, HRIS updates per pay period, benefit audits, benefit invoicing, etc
